Welcome! I received my PhD from Old Dominion University, and my focus is on leadership, environmental policy, stakeholders from multiple sectors and marine debris. My twenty-four-year career as the Deputy Director of Education for the Elizabeth River Project reflects the marriage of art and science, STEM education and stewardship. I view work as an opportunity to create out-of-the-box projects that provide solutions to challenges including wicked problems.
